We give our tenants 24 hour’s notice for showings, so please plan accordingly. We prefer to show properties to your entire group, so try to get everyone’s schedules before calling us. Our leases are normally 12 months, from June thru May. Security deposits are the amount of 1 month’s rent for each tenant.
