Grover Properties

Since the year 2000, we have been in the business of student rentals. Darla is a Winona State University alumni, and Kent is a Winona Technical College alumni. We have been married for 30 years and have 2 daughters. We live on the outskirts of Winona, and also own a business (The Engine Store) downtown on West 2nd St. – This makes us available and convenient to you as our tenants.

We pride ourselves on maintaining clean, safe and student-friendly properties. All of our properties have separately keyed locks on bedrooms, most have free washer/dryer, and we take care of all lawn upkeep and snow removal.
